Supported Meeting Platforms

The AI Notetaker currently supports online meetings held via:

  • Google Meet

  • Zoom (coming soon)

It does not support in-person meetings or other video conferencing platforms at this time.

Beta Status

The Advisor Assistant is currently in beta, meaning it is still undergoing testing and improvements. While we strive for accuracy, transcription errors or missing details may occur.

We strongly recommend that users:

  • Continue taking their own meeting minutes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Review AI-generated notes before relying on them for important decisions.
  • Report any issues or inaccuracies to help us improve the feature.

By using this feature, users acknowledge that it falls under the Beta provisions contained in our Terms of Service, meaning it is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or availability.

Security and Privacy

  • The Advisor Assistant is currently only available when delivering an Annual Accounts Review meeting  and should not be used to record sensitive or legally privileged discussions.
  • Users should ensure compliance with privacy laws by obtaining consent from all meeting participants before using the feature.

FAQs

For additional details about how to use the Advisor Assistant and what to expect, please refer to the FAQ section below:

Q: What is the Advisor Assistant?

A: The Advisor Assistant is an AI-powered tool designed to automatically capture and summarise meeting content, providing efficient note-taking capabilities for users.

Q: How accurate are the meeting summaries?

A: While the Advisor Assistant strives for high accuracy, it's important to note that it's currently in beta. The accuracy may vary depending on factors such as audio quality and meeting complexity. We're continuously working to improve its performance.

Q: Is the meeting data secure?

A: Yes, we take data security seriously. All meeting data is processed within our secure environment and is not shared with external parties.

Q: How can users provide feedback on the Advisor Assistant?

A: Users can provide feedback through this survey link.

Q: Can the Advisor Assistant work for any meeting?

A: Yes. It has the same context as the user in the meeting, all of the meeting structure and notes, plus the conversation, and instructions for how to match the two. It is possible for the content team to improve these results using custom prompting in meetings.

Q: How can I get the best results from the Advisor Assistant?

A: Ideally, everyone should be on their own device with their own microphone open. Where possible, each person’s name on the call should be that person’s name. The Advisor Assistant knows who is talking primarily based on which device it is coming from and doesn’t split out voices on the same connection.

Q: Can the Advisor Assistant leave if I’m discussing something sensitive?

A: Absolutely. Click the Leave Meeting button in the extra menu. You can call the assistant back in afterwards by using your link again and it will pick up where it left off.
