The agenda is the left-hand panel in Meet mode. It's the structure for your meeting — sections with recommended timing, key talking points to guide the conversation, and advisor-only delivery notes with more detailed guidance.
The agenda is fully editable. You can follow the template as-is, tweak it on the fly during the meeting, or rebuild it entirely.
The agenda is built from your selected meeting template and organised into sections. Each section includes:
Sections appear in order from top to bottom. You can work through them sequentially during the meeting, or jump around as the conversation flows.
Delivery notes are advisor-only guidance — tips, best-practice suggestions, and detailed direction to help you deliver each section effectively. They appear below the talking points within each section.
By default, delivery notes show the first three lines. Click Read More to expand and see the full note.
To hide delivery notes entirely (useful when sharing your screen with a client), click the ⋮ menu at the top right of the agenda panel and toggle off Show Delivery Notes. Toggle it back on from the same menu when you want them visible again.
The agenda template selector sits at the top of the panel. By default, the Gap template for your meeting type is loaded.
Click the dropdown to switch to a different template — your team's custom templates appear first, followed by all Gap defaults. Selecting a new template replaces the agenda content.
To create or manage custom templates, see Meeting templates.
Everything in the agenda panel is written in markdown, so you can format content using standard markdown syntax — headings, bold, italic, lists, and links. For more information on editing with markdown, see Editing content in the workspace
To add new content, place your cursor where you want it and click Add Content. The following content blocks are available:
Content blocks are inserted wherever your cursor is focused, so you can add them within any existing section or at the end of the agenda.
