Services & Pricing

The Services and Pricing area is where you set up your details for creating and sending proposals.

To set up your Services & Pricing:
  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Services & Pricing.
  2. Add a service:
    1. Select a pre-empted service from the drop-down menu - you can choose between 6 different categories; Business Development, Compliance, Compliance Plus, Book Keeping, Advisory and Software & Subscriptions:
      1. Make any changes as needed.
    2. Or create a new service:
      1. Enter your Service name. 
      2. Click on the + Create service button.
      3. Enter the service details into the prompted fields: 
        1. Definition: A brief about the Service you are providing 
        2. How it works: Add extra detail about your service (optional)
        3. Category: The category this type of service falls under
        4. Starting Price: Cost of the service you are providing
        5. Rate: The frequency of payment
  3. Click Save to add this Service to your offering.
Tip
Ideally, you would set your Services & Pricing up before creating a Proposal however you do have the option of creating Services & Pricing on-the-fly.
Note
  1. If your Services & Pricing page is already displaying services, this means either you or someone in your organisation has already begun configuring your services
  2. Your services will be listed under their relevant categories

To edit a Service:
  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Services & Pricing.
  2. Select the service from your services list.
  3. Make the changes as needed.
  4. Click Save to update your service.

To remove a Service from your offering:
  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Services & Pricing.
  2. Select the service from your services list.
  3. Click the Trash icon to remove this service from your offering.
